Honorable Patria Ferranco Candari, is known for being motherly and accommodating. "SB Patring" as what most of the Pandananon's lovingly called her, has earned so much trust from her 'kasimanwas' to be qualified to receive the Three-Termer Award. As a dedicated public servant, she is one of the individuals who supported and pursued the establishment of Pandan National Vocational High School to be constructed to where it was today, making it more accessible to everyone. 

As a mother as she is, she felt the need of every children from Sitio Tabay of Patria to accessible education, so made her way to request for the foundation of a primary school which every Tabaynon call their own.

SB Patring is currently the chairman of the Committee on Good Government. She diligently works on all matters relating to good governance and the implementation of the Civil Service Law and regulations. 

  Aside from being generous and hardworking public servant, SB Patring dearly love plants, after a busy day of serving her constituents, she lovingly takes good care of her farm.
