Gaynor “Gigi” Briones is the Sangguniang Kabataan President in the Municipality of Pandan, Antique in 2018. She currently oversees the Committee on Human Rights and the Committee on Environmental Protection of the local council. 

SK Gigi believes that the youth have a powerful potential in our society and as a youth leader she encourages her fellow youth and leaders to change old and ineffective beliefs, ideas, and practices in order to direct such power towards the common good. With her leadership and determination, the youth of Pandan, Antique has been provided with the opportunities that they need to express themselves in the council to showcase their talents and potentials, and most importantly, to actively take part in the current efforts towards development. A constant listener to the concerns of the youth of Pandan which also fuelled her accomplishments in drafting numerous ordinances, youth programs and projects, seminars, and partnerships. All for the benefit of her fellow Pamantan-on!
