The committee is in charge of all matters relating to funds for the expenditures of the National Government and for the payment of public indebtedness, auditing of accounts, and expenditures of the Municipal Government, claims against the province; intergovernmental revenue sharing; all matters relating to public expenditures, revenues of the province, taxes and fees, loans, and other sources and forms of revenues.
