Sanchez, IV., moved to pass a Resolution strongly supporting Resolution No. 2022-552 of the Province of Bukidnon urgently requesting President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr., to deter indefinitely for depth study the implementation of the full devolution of the devolved functions to the LGUs nationwide as the Mandanas-Garcia Supreme Court ruling did not include such imposition in the said Supreme Court decision.
